About Janice Harper

Janice Harper is one of the leading real estate agents in the Charleston community and is in the top 7% of all Agents. She has taken her passion for helping others and turned it into a successful career in real estate. Born in Greenville, Janice Harper knew from a young age that she wanted to call the Charleston, South Carolina coast her home.
After leading a successful sales career in the medical field where she was able to live all over the country (from Atlanta to Birmingham to San Diego) and gain a wide range of experiences, Janice was finally able to relocate to Charleston in 2002.
With years of experience in business, Janice is known among her clients for being a positive and reliable broker with a “can do” attitude. Janice’s passion is to help her clients dream big and live large. Her past experiences as a Regional Director in several healthcare start-up companies; Janice learned the strategies for building a successful real estate business. Here in Charleston, Janice is also a pillar of the community and an active member in her church. In her free time, she enjoys cruising the Charleston waterways, playing a round of golf in many of the area’s world-class courses, walking her dog, Sullivan along the beaches and enjoying visits from family.
